1. We will not charge to place your property on the market and this will also include the costs of the EPC & Floorplans, Photographs and accompanied viewing (Where required) all within our commission.
2. We will not tie you into a contract period which leaves you free to disinstruct without charge and without notice (in the likely event you’re not happy) subject to our normal agency terms.
Born and bred in Worksop with excellent knowledge of the area, your property will be advertised across the widest range of selling platforms including Rightmove, Zoopla, On The Market, Social Media, and now with the benefit of our new Newton Fallowell Franchise/Network. We have a database of potential buyers which is used to contact people as soon as your property comes to market and every potential contact with this office from interested parties looking to buy a property are registered with us to use as introductions on the sales of our properties as and when.
An arrangement for a valuation is straightforward, we will come out to the property to discuss your needs, and advise to the property and the valuation which is provided without obligation and includes our advice with regard to the best method of sale to obtain the best result.
