We have used David Hawke twice to sell properties and the experience was the same both times. David knows the market very well and makes a sensible valuation aimed at getting a sale rather than an inflated one just to get your business. Once you get interest/offers Val chases everything down, so you can be confident that any potential purchasers are genuine and that what they are telling you is accurate. They are not the cheapest agent in Worksop but they are well worth the cost. They work hard on your behalf, keep you informed and stay on top of everything until the sale is completed.
