At Newton Fallowell, we work hard to find our tenants the right property for them so they can be happy in their home. We work closely with our landlords* to ensure their properties are up to scratch and we make regular checks (pre-arranged with you) to ensure the property remains in a good condition. We undertake professional inventories including photographs to protect you and the landlord’s property so when it comes to moving on, there aren’t any surprises. We are also registered with The Property Ombudsman an independent regulator of the industry so you know you have a point of escalation in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with anything that we can’t resolve.
