- Annual Tenancy Deposit Registration Fee: £51.60
- Submission of non-resident landlord’s receipt to HMRC: £0
- Remit annual financial return to HMRC: £0
- Annual Rent Review:
- Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works over £1000: Included
- Obtaining more than two contractors quotes: Included
- Rent Review/Renewal Fee: £174 in 10% option
- Checkout Fee (Landlord’s Share): £102 for 10% landlords included on 12%
- Court Attendance: Included
- Issuing Section Notices: £150 on 10% option
