Olivia is experienced within every aspect of the Lettings industry, having worked her way from her initial position as a Trainee Negotiator, through to a Lettings Negotiator, Senior Negotiator/Property Manager, Senior Property Manager and now to her role as Lettings Manager. Olivia’s daily role is varied, as she liaises with our tenants and landlords, ensuring the office is compliant with all safety records, whilst carrying out Property Visits and securing lets for any available rental properties.
Olivia enjoys providing our landlords and tenants with a personable service and building relationships with her clients, as well as meeting new tenants on a daily basis and knowing each of our rental properties inside and out! Olivia had initially planned to study Marine Biology, Coastal Ecology and Oceanography, however decided her personal skills were far better suited to the Lettings industry, where she can build relationships and deliver a high level of service to our clients.
Whilst Olivia loves the Lettings industry, her two other passions are cars and travelling, with Olivia having goals to sky dive in South Africa and scuba dive in the Great Barrier Reef!
