With over 10 years’ experience working in the property industry in South Africa, Hannelie was certainly well-equipped when joining the Newton Fallowell family to aid with our accompanied viewings. Hannelie has previously been involved with all aspects of the property journey, however being very much a people-person she has thoroughly enjoyed showing clients round properties to assist on the journey of finding their perfect next home.
Hannelie loves visiting new properties on a daily basis and ensures she is knowledgeable about each and every one, as well as taking an interest regarding each client she is meeting and their requirements for their property search. Hannelie describes the most rewarding part of her role as the moment a perfect match is created between buyer/tenant and property, which provides her with both joy and fulfilment.
With a cultured background, Hannelie has previously worked as a Music Teacher and owned an Art Gallery and Framing Shop! She also enjoys an extremely active lifestyle consisting of road running, cycling and hiking and has even ran both marathons and ultramarathons in South Africa, including the Comrades Marathon, which is a 90km ultramarathon, not just once, but three times!
