Having been an estate agent in the local area since 2000, I am now well into my 20th year in the industry where I have spent most of my working life, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way.
I’ve always had a passion for sales, property & architecture and I enjoy meeting new people so when I became an estate agent, the transition to selling a product I had a genuine passion for came quite naturally and was an exciting prospect. Having moved home six times myself including, multiple refurbishment projects, I have experienced all sides of the property market and gained valuable experience to enable me to assist our clients in the best way possible.
In 2011, I became a Manager of the Mansfield branch of Newton Fallowell before purchasing the business shortly after becoming the director. I feel that one of the huge benefits of owning the business is it allows us to offer our clients the best of both worlds; we are part of a large network meaning we can offer the very best in terms of marketing and advertising but also, it allows me to tailor a marketing package that is right for you and your property. I believe this is extremely important in today’s marketplace because every client is different, just as every property is different.
2020 proved to be a year of ups and downs with the COVID-19 pandemic but, it was also a year in which we managed to grow our business into the rental sector. This enabled us to extend our coverage across NG17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and now NG22 which allows us to further help our client’s with all of their property needs.
