Tenant Find Only: From £350 (inc VAT) payable for each letting where The Tenant is introduced by The Agent. This will be invoiced and payable on The Tenant details being accepted by The Landlord.
Let Only: From £350 or One month’s rent (inc VAT) payable for each letting to a tenant introduced by The Agent. Payable on commencement of a tenancy and deducted from the rent collected at the commencement of a tenancy.
Full Management: Start-up fee of £250 (inc VAT) plus 8/10/12 .% (plus VAT) of the rent, deducted from the rent as received.

Inventory preparation fee: £100 (inc VAT)
Admin involved in the Tenancy Deposit Protection legislation: £60.00 (inc VAT)
Preparation of paperwork for Alternative Dispute Resolution: £100.00 (inc VAT)
EPC Energy Performance Certificate: £90.00 (inc VAT)
Electrical Condition Report: TBC
Annual Gas Certificate: £78.00 (inc VAT)
Legionnaire Risk Assessment: £66.00 (inc VAT)
Re-signing fee: £100.00 (inc VAT) payable where The Agent, with your agreement, arranges a renewal of tenancy to an existing tenant
£65 plus vat for additional property inspections, management properties of 10 or 12 % have an allowance of one free property inspection per annum (upon landlord request)
