The department has gone from strength to strength since headed by ARLA qualified Lettings Partner Daniel Howitt who, having joined his family run business Homelet with Newton Fallowell in 2017, brings an enormous amount of knowledge and passion to the company.
Our experienced team are small enough to care but large enough to offer the very widest possible coverage for your home and our aim is to treat your investment property as if it were our own. You can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome from Daniel, Natalie along with Peter and Denise Howitt who bring a family feel to the day to day dealings and communication with our landlords and tenants.
The lettings team currently work out of our property management hub based in Kegworth M1 Junction 24 and the Loughborough Lettings Division promotes all available properties across Charnwood utilising Loughborough, East Leake and Kegworth offices bolstered by our prominent showcase display window at Shepshed Post Office.
