Phil’s early years were spent in South Wales, moving back to Leicestershire whilst still at School.
Working in both Engineering and Construction early in his career gave Phil a good knowledge of construction technology. Phil then took time out to care for his two sons and moved to Grantham in 2005. Phil commented “ Granthams Grammar Schools and excellent travel links were too good an opportunity to miss”. Phil started a new career in Sales in 1988 He has worked in Estate Agency in the town for 16 years and joined out successful sales team in 2019, Phil commented “ I thoroughly enjoy visiting our listings and meeting the public, the discussions I have about the potential of properties that follow is the best part of my role”
Over the years Phil has used his spare time and practical skills to complete multiple domestic projects. He also enjoy motorsports and time with his family when he can.
