Let Only – Initial Letting Fee (Landlord’s Share) 1 month’s rent to a minimum of £500.
Fully Managed – £240 set up fee | Monthly management fee 12% – 14.4% of monthly rent inclusive of VAT
Issuing new Agreement on renewal to existing tenants – included on 14.4% package. For 12% package and let only the charges are:
£90 – 6 month contract
£150 – 12 month contract
Re-letting to new tenants new business – Included in the monthly management charge.
Obtaining estimates & supervision of major works of refurbishment over £1000 – 10% of cost of work (Fully Managed) N/A (Rent Collection and Let only)
Inspections – Included in 14.4% package)
£65 on 12% package and let only.
Annual rent Review – Included in managed packages
£60 inclusive of VAT for Let Only
Duplication and testing of extra keys – At cost
Deposit Protection Fee – £60
