Fully Managed – Initial Letting Fee Monthly Fee of 12% or 14.4% of monthly rent
Let Only – Initial Letting Fee (Landlord’s Share) 75% of the first month’s rent to a minimum of £500
Re-Let Fee – £200
Issuing Notice of seeking possession by hand – Included in 12% or £120 in 10%
Duplication and testing of extra keys – At cost
