Karen is the Managing Director of the Newton Fallowell franchised branches at Ashby-de-la-Zouch and Melbourne sales, and Coalville, Ashby & Melbourne Lettings. Her knowledge and expertise is second to none, and her honest and down to earth approach wins her a great deal of new business in these areas. Karen has long since realised that a realistic and professional valuation at the start is the best way forward in securing a successful sale in the shortest time possible. Attention to detail is something that is high on her list of priorities and Karen is always available to guide and advise her sales team and offer her expert advice to prospective vendors or purchasers.
