This Newton Fallowell branch opened in September 2005, building on a previous estate agency business, so it’s well known in the town. Run by mother-daughter duo, Charlotte and Karen, the branch has expanded the team since opening, and now offers in-house mortgage advice.

With its central location, the Ashby branch lies in the hub of the town. The team offer in-house professional housing photos, floorplans and environmental performance testing (EPC), as well as well-crafted sales particulars.

The branch is known for its friendly approach, professional advice and honest valuations, based on years of experience in the town. They stand out from the crowd with their willingness to go the extra mile and to treat every customer with the respect they deserve.

Newton Fallowell, Ashby de la Zouch, won the 2013 Franchise Award of the Year and are affiliated with the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
